About the position Our client is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our clients’ team in a supportive Perth dental practice with an amazing team culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit, patient-focused team where communication, respect and professionalism are genuinely valued. You will work alongside experienced clinicians, friendly reception staff and supportive senior team members who are committed to helping each other deliver excellent patient care. \ You will assist across a broad range of treatments, including examinations, preventive care, composite fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, teeth whitening, root canal therapy, extractions, Invisalign, cosmetic consultations and ongoing maintenance appointments. Your role will include chairside assisting, patient preparation, infection control, sterilisation, treatment room set-up and supporting smooth day-to-day clinical flow. This position would suit a Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work, enjoys building positive relationships with patients and colleagues, and wants to be part of a team that celebrates collaboration, reliability and a strong workplace culture.
